7-31-17 Building forms and rebar baskets

8:47am- Buinding forms and rebar baskets around floor stringers for concrete pour tomorrow. 

10:09am- Continue to build forms and rebar baskets.

10:47am- Continue to build scaffolding.

3:33pm- Finished building rebar baskets for bent caps 5-6.

4:07pm- Removal of deck wood in between bent 3-4


4:15pm- Continue to blast North end of bridge.

5:19pm- Finished removing deck beams from bent 3-4

7-28-17 Deck replacement between bent 4-5

8:08am- Drilling holes to deck boards in place

2:25pm- Removing wood and bolts from underneath in order to pull wooden deck boards

7-27-17 Install deck and beams for East approach

11:00am- Installing floor stringers in between Bent 4 and 5

12:56pm- All floor stringers and C channel are set in between Bent 4-5.

1:53pm- Continue to blast on the North end of the bridge.

7-26-17 East approach floor stringers Bent 5-6

7:14am- Finish blasting top half on North side of bridge, should be painting later this afternoon.

7:28am- Results from painting floor stringers yesterday.

8:43am- Setting painted floor stringers in between bents 5-6. 

1:46pm- Placing timber deck back on the East approach.

4:01pm- Continue to place timber decking from Bent 5-6.

4:08pm- Applying primer to the North side of the bridge.

7-25-17 Bents 4,5,6 installing bearing pads

7:34am- Drilling holes to place bearing pads. 

7:51am- Results from yesterday's painting. 

10:54am- Grouting bearing plates at bent 6

3:05pm- Grouting bearing pads at bent 5

4:10pm- Finish locating and grouting bearing pads on bent 4.

7-24-17 Concrete cap pour for Bents 4,5,6

9:48am- Finishing forms today for concrete pour

1:14pm- Started concrete pour at bent 6 and worked out way North towards bent 4 

7-21-17 Removing concrete from Bent 4 and building forms

8:52am- Removing last I beam on the East approach from Bents 4-5

9:27am- Applying epoxy coating to floor stringer beams.

11:16am- Removing existing concrete from bent 4 

11:27am- Paint thickness readings from first coat of epoxy on floor stringer beams

12:55pm- Continue to erect scaffolding on the East end of the bridge in order for construction crew to proceed to the west after removing floor decking.

3:06pm- Drilling bent 4 for rebar.
