7:00am- Rain delay
9:10am- Continue to make J plate repairs on the verticles, heading Northwest
11:00am- Heading Northwest removing nuts from wooden deck.
11:24am- Primering hand rail 
1:17pm- Setting tarps under the East abutment prepping for blasting prior to final paint.
2:06pm- Continue with J plate repairs.
4:20pm- Continue to drill C channel for the J plate repair.
