8:10am- Pour diaphragm for bent 4
9:35am- Continue to install handrail on the Southeat side of East approach.
10:45am- Bolting wooden floor beams to I beams below.
12:56pm- Welding uprights to install new handrail.
1:05pm- Continue to blast on the North West end of the bridge.
1:34pm- Continue to install handrail up to the first main truss.
